AIR CONDITION
All our guest rooms are equipped with quiet and draft free air conditioners. Please select your desired temperature and fan speed at the wall mounted control panel. A setting between 22oC – 25oC is suggested, as this is a comfortable range for the local climate. Set the fan to “Auto” for optimal function. If the sliding terrace doors are open for more than a minute, the air conditioner will automatically turn off. This is indicated by a red light on the AC control panel and on the control box by the bed.

For information, reservations or reconfirmations, the Front Office desk will provide assistance.If reconfirmation of flights is required, please hand your airline ticket(s) to our Guest Relations desk in the Library, two days prior to your departure.
AIRPORT
Phuket International Airport is located about 25 minutes from the hotel. The hotel offers limousine service to the airport. We recommend you leave the hotel one and a half hours prior to your departure for domestic flights and two hours for international flights. For further information, please contact our Concierge.

AAutomatic Teller Machines accepting international ATM cards are available on the outside of the local shop, located 200 metres to the east of the intersection, which itself is approximately 100 metres south of the hotel.

CONTROL BOX
The control box next to the bed in the guest rooms provides convenient control over the room’s lighting, air conditioning and fan functions.You may turn off all the lights in the room with the 'all off / on' button. In the 'all off' mode, a green lamp will illuminate to guide you back to the 'all off / on' button. Depending on the time of day / night, the lights that turn on using the 'all on / off' will vary.The room fan may be controlled in a sequence: lo-med-hi-off. When 'off', an orange light is illuminated. If a red lamp is 'on', the terrace door is not properly closed and the air conditioner will not work

ELECTRIC SYSTEM
230V 50Hz. An international power outlet that fits most foreign electric plugs is installed next to the network outlet above the writing desk in the guest rooms. The power outlet in the bathroom has an ELCB safety breaker to prevent personal injury. In case of a power failure, the hotel has a backup generator that allows most lights to function during the failure. The air conditioner will not function during a power failure. In case of a total power failure, an automatic emergency light will turn on inside the door in the guest rooms. International power plug adapters may be bought at the 'Islandshop'

POOLS
The 1,600m2 pools are open 24 hours, but will be closed from time to time for service. The pools are not supervised by a life-guard., so please be advised that use of the pools is at your own risk. Read the posted safety information by the pool showers. Diving is not permitted in the swimming pool. The depth varies between 1,3m (4ft) and 1,5m (5ft). For your own safety, please check the depth of the water before entering the pool. The pools are saltwater chlorinated.
POOL CHAIRS
If a pool chair is left unoccupied for more than 30 minutes, please be informed that it will be cleared and reset.

Before swimming in the sea, please observe the flags at Surin Beach. The flags functions as a warning to bathers as they inform about the current sea conditions.

During monsoon season, it is very dangerous to bathe. There will be a strong under-tows or rip-currents.
Half Red / Half Yellow Flag
Lifeguards are on patrol. Swim with caution and only between the two flags. There will be strong currents.
Yellow Flag
Caution! Be extra careful when you swim. There may be strong currents.
Green Flag
The sea is calm. There should be no under-tows or rip-currents.
