Throughout his though jung 20-year career as a Chef Extraordinaire, Adirek Sribupha has been awarded accolades of the highest degree. The much-coveted Three Chef's Hats have been his on numerous occasions and Adirek has won a number of International Chef Competitions. He has appeared as Guest Chef at the Hyatt Hua Hin and at Le Royal Meridien Phuket Yacht Club, the Mandarin Hotel in Jakarta and was appointed Thai Consultant Chef. As a highly regarded restaurateur since 1990, Adirek Sribupha has seen restaurants kitchens under his commend such as; The Regatta, Figues, Talay Thai become multi-award winning too. Adirek's newest restaurant Oriental Spoon at Twinpalms Phuket also has already a string of prestigious awards behind it such as; Thai Winner of "Curries", 'Best New Restaurant Wine List' Luciano Milles Award, 'Best Seafood Restaurant' Rawai Fish Markets Award, Best Restaurant in the Southern Provinces Champion of Champions Awards and 'Best Restaurant in a Hotel in Phuket' Restaurant and Catering Thai Association Awards.
